We have spray painting facilities at our site in Great Blakenham, Ipswich.

If you require a special finish for your refurbished skips, bins or other metal fabrication job, we can fulfil your needs.

Spray painting for metal

Our purpose-built print facility allows us to finish fabrications in style. Once it has been blasted to remove impurities, the surface of steel is extremely effective for paint to adhere to. Having applied a primer base coat, we can finish the project with a selection of bright colours to your own requirements.

Spray painting is a cost-effective finishing method, especially for smaller jobs. Available in a wide range of colours wet paint is also the only option for products which cannot be heated to the temperatures required for powder coating.

Powder coating for outdoor equipment

For a more hardwearing finish, powder coating may be a preferable alternative. Producing a dense finish on metal products, this process is ideal for items which are subjected to heavy usage. Weatherproof, this finish will not rust and is also resistant to chipping and flaking.

Where powder coating is required, we have excellent working relationships with experienced paint shops and can outsource this work on your behalf.
